職位介紹 Job Descriptions:
1.積極獨立地發展高管級關系,通過個人領導、資格認證、咨詢、銷售談判和簽訂,發展盈利 性的客戶組合。
Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure.
2. 能夠與在中國境內的汽車(主標)、航空、鐵路、家電等行業的原始設備制造商的保持發展并獲得認可。
Be able to persistently develop and qualify a portfolio of prospective OEMs within China in targeted industry such as automotive (mainly), aeronautics, railways, appliances industries (家電行業), etc.
3.識別潛在客戶并制定銷售策略,熟練通過互網絡,接觸獲取客戶以銷售和推廣產品。
Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies, Master networking skill to reach out customers to sell and promote the products.
4. 積極尋求新的市場商機 ,尤其是電動汽車的應用領域。
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, especially the applications at EV cars.
5.負責分析市場狀況,收集原始設備制造商的項目計劃,制定銷售計劃,準備預測,跟蹤和保持更新。
Responsible for the analysis of market conditions, collect the projects plan of OEMs, develop sales plan, prepare the forecast, follow and keep everything updated.
6.夠與客戶保持良好的關系,不斷探索和滿足客戶的需求/ 要求。 把握商機爭取大目標。
Be able to maintain a good relationship with customers, consistently explore and fulfil customer’s demand/request. Identify opportunities to drive toward the strong result.
7. 提出銷售策略以提高銷售績效。 準備銷售分析報告。
Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance. Prepare sales analysis and reporting.
8.通過業務開發建議發展分銷網絡。
Develop and propose the distribution network through business development.
9.支持經銷商銷售技能和產品知識培訓,以提高經銷商的銷售能力。
Support dealer sales training on selling skills & product knowledge to improve dealer sales capability.
10.收集市場競爭對手的信息。
Cooperate for competitor's intelligence collection.
11.具備獲得管理和技術團隊信任和尊重的能力
Ability to gain trust and respect from customers’ managerial and technical teams.
12.參與銷售和營銷活動的規劃、制定、協調和執行。
Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities.
13.實現季度和年度銷售目標。
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
14.協助臨時分配的項目。
Assist with ad hoc project when assigned.

任職資格 Job Requirements:
1. 必須持有三年制學位。最好是機械、氣動或 機電一體工程專業。
Must be Bachelor’s degree holder. Major in mechanical, pneumatic or mechatronics engineering is preferred.
2. 必須具備出色的英語書面和口語能力。兼意大利語 / 德語者優先。
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Italian / German a definite advantage.
3.良好的人際交往、溝通和快速學習能力。具有很強的適應和抗壓能力。
Good interpersonal, communication and fast-learning skills. Have strong adaptability and stress resistance.
4. 愿意到中國外地出差,有時出差國外。工作時間靈活,以配合與外國總部的協調。
Willing to travel in China and, sometimes, abroad. Work flexible hours to accommodate coordination with the foreign headquarter.
5.在汽車領域至少有5年的工作經驗。銷售部和 /或供應鏈部的為首選。
At least 5 years working experience in Automotive field. Sales and / or Supply chain activities is preferred.
6. 具備銷售、談判和合同收購戰略領域經歷。
Demonstrated skills in the areas of sales, negotiation and contract acquisition strategies.
7.良好的成功記錄。
Strong track record of success.
8. 熱愛銷售,誠信和成熟者。
Sales-driven, integrity and mature individual.
9.熟悉MS應用程序(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)。
Familiarity with MS application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
