崗位職責:
1、管理和監督整個運營團隊,并進行適當的績效評估;Manage and supervise the entire operation team, and conduct proper performance assessments;
2、與勞工律師、注冊會計師及其他相關第三方進行聯系;Contact with Labor lawyer, CPA, and other related third party;
3、招聘、培訓和評估新員工及助理;Recruit, train and evaluate new employees and assistant;
4、為助理和服務技術人員制定工作計劃表;Make work schedules for assistant and service technician;
5、管理倉庫和物流,確保貨物運輸滿足產品銷售需求;Manage warehouses and logistics to ensure the shipment for the needs of product sales;
6、制定培訓計劃,并對所有員工進行定期培訓;Make training plans and conduct regular training for all employees;
7、監督并確保整個團隊執行安全生產規范;Supervise and assure the execution of work safety for all team;
8、對日常運營費用進行統計分析,每季度向首席執行官提供成本優化建議;Conduct statistical analysis on daily operational expenses and provide the CEO cost optimization suggestions quarterly。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,工商管理、市場營銷等相關專業;Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, etc;
2、2年以上運營管理經驗,掌握運營管理的專業知識;More than 2 years of operation management experience and professional knowledge of operation management。
