主要職責 / Responsibilities 與業務部門溝通，理解業務需求，編寫需求文檔。 Communicate with business units to understand requirements and prepare documentation. 參與ERP與冰柜管理系統的配置、測試、上線及優化。 Participate in configuration, testing, go-live, and optimization of ERP and freezer systems. 協助系統與其他業務系統（如WMS、供應鏈系統）進行基礎集成與數據對接。 Assist in basic integration and data interfacing between ERP and other systems (WMS, supply chain, etc.). 跟進系統項目的實施計劃，協調內部資源，推進項目落地。 Follow up on project implementation plans, coordinate internal resources, and drive execution. 為終端用戶提供系統操作培訓與日常使用支持。 Provide system training and daily support to end-users. 設計基礎報表或與開發人員協作完成報表需求。 Design basic reports or work with developers to fulfill reporting needs. 管理系統用戶權限，確保系統的安全性與數據保密性。 Manage user access rights to ensure system security and data confidentiality. 收集與反饋系統使用中的問題，協調解決方案推動落地。 Collect and report system issues and coordinate solution implementation. 任職要求 / Requirements 本科及以上學歷，信息技術、管理信息系統、工業工程等相關專業優先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 具備3年以上ERP系統實施或支持經驗，有項目經驗者優先。 At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support; project experience is a plus. 熟悉ERP基本業務流程（采購、銷售、庫存、財務等）。 Familiar with basic ERP business processes (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.). 有良好的溝通能力、項目協調能力與需求分析能力。 Strong communication, coordination, and requirement analysis skills. 熟悉數據處理與分析工具（如Excel、SQL基礎查詢）。 Proficient in data tools like Excel and basic SQL queries. 中、英文流利者優先。 Fluent in Chinese or English is a plus. 有較強的學習能力和團隊合作精神。 Strong learning ability and team spirit.
