Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with core team to gather and understand business & technical requirements and technical specifications. 2. Contribute to the software architecture and detail design, work on framework changes and core functions build up. 3. Create, organize and maintain documentation, including but not limited to design classes, relationships, data flow, etc 4. Make and maintain guidelines for documentation; check software documentation and ensure it confirms to guidelines, including but not limited to : for readability, conciseness, language usage, correctness 5. Deliver code work on key features when necessary 6. Capable of independently taking over projects, conducting requirement analysis, system design, coding implementation, and documentation writing to meet specific needs. 7. Advise on non-standard requirements, ensure open, regular, and effective technical communication with all development team and stakeholders. 8. Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. This includes code reviews and overseeing technical decisions. 9. Work in a group standard dev process, utilizing dev tools and common best practice. Qualification: 1. Bachelor or above degree IT background, at least 2-4 years of development experience including one complex enterprise application or function module. 2. Knowledge of system programming languages such as C, C#, C++ or Golang, familiar with related libraries. 3. Familiar with common design patterns and possess certain design capabilities. 4. Experience in developing large-scale projects or systems, familiar with scrum, agile, kanban, or waterfall development processes. 5. Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently analyze, locate, and solve problems with limited support. 6. Good at communication, with good teamwork spirit and project management skills. 7. Knowledge with Owl, RDF (Resource Description Framework), Labeld Property Graph, ECS( Entity Component System),semantic web,UML,etc is a plus 8. Excellent English ability for technical documents and communicate with team colleagues.
