崗位職責: 1.According to the workshop production plan, according to the process requirements of assembly, and control the product quality process, quality and quantity to complete the production task； 2.Carry out the operation according to the instruction document to ensure the product quality; 3.Operate strictly according to the process flow, implement the process of this position, ensure the process conformance rate index； 4.Check the tools and equipment at the station in strict accordance with the inspection standards to ensure that the tools and equipment at the station can be used and run normally； 5.Strictly maintain the working environment of the station in accordance with 5S standard to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the working environment; 1.根據車間的生產計劃，按照工藝要求進行裝配，并控制產品的過程品質，保質、保量完成生產任務； 2.按照指導文件進行作業，保證產品品質； 3.嚴格按照工藝流程進行操作，執行本崗位工藝，保證工藝符合率指標的達成； 4.嚴格按照點檢標準對本工位的工具、設備進行點檢，保證本工位的工具、設備能夠正常使用和運行； 5.嚴格按照5S標準對本工位的作業環境進行維護，保證作業環境的干凈、整潔； 任職要求: 1.Technical secondary school/high school or above; 2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction; 3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date； 4.Team adaptability and learning ability: can quickly integrate into the new environment, coordinate and communicate smoothly, quickly master the teaching knowledge, skills and methods, and operate independently. 1.學歷：中專/高中及以上; 2.能夠嚴格根據作業手順書、作業指導書的順序、工藝、操作要領完成相關作業； 3.執行力：按照規定步驟實施業務工作，嚴格遵守完成日期； 4.團隊適應性和學習能力：能快速融入新環境，協調溝通順利，快速掌握教授知識，技能方法并獨立操作。
