崗位職責:-Responsible for AP/AR management (應收,應付帳管理)
-Prepare Financial statement (各類財務報表整理)
-Coordinate with auditor on yearly auditing work(配合HK審計師年審)
-Keeping a strict record of all office expenditures and managing the budget including all required receipts, certificates and other required documents related to running an office in China (辦公室運營成本控制)
-Managing and organizing all necessary filing systems and documents(財務文件管理)
-Responsibility for and maintaining all supplies of stationery, electronic and IT equipment to ensure the office runs efficiently and productively(辦公室日常運營管理)
-Carrying out of all staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff(員工考核)
-Holding daily and weekly meetings with senior management to review overall performance of staff and raise any issues that need to be addressed(列會主持及工作跟進)
-Writing weekly required progress reports for senior management, which may include reports on finances, staff performance, service development and/or China procurement annual review (管理層匯報工作進度)
任職要求:Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting (財會專業,大專以上學歷)
More than 5 years accounting and management experience(5年以上出口企業財會工作經驗)
With HK audit experience(有香港財務經驗更佳)
Precise to work, follow process, planning and organizing(工作細致,注重流程)
With experience in Shipping and can audit the Shipment paper work(有船務經驗更佳)
Decision making, planning and organizing(計劃及組織能力強)
Adaptability teamwork and collaboration(有團隊協作精神)
Good command of English/Mandarin(良好英語聽說寫能力,英語可做工作語言)
Good PC skills, especially Excel(良好電腦操作技能,特別EXCEL)
Good communication skills, high responsibility, strong implementation capacity(溝通能力強,認真負責,執行力強)
Self motivated, team spirit and should be work under pressure(抗壓能力強)
Honest, reliable; flexible(誠實可靠)
