工作職責(Responsibilities): 1. 分析、處理生產線物料品質異常，保證生產的順利進行。 Analyze and handle material quality issue from production line, ensure production goes smoothly. 2. 對物料品質異常的原因進行分析，和相關部門進行相應的改善跟蹤。 And follow correlative corrective action with other colleagues. 3. 監控供應商的品質表現,推動供應商品質改善。 Supervise suppliers’quality performance，push suppliers to improve their performance. 4. 新供應商的評估。 Evaluate and qualify new suppliers with SPD and Engineering. 5. 每月評估供應商績效，年度查核供應商。 Evaluate supplier’s performance monthly, and yearly audit supplier. 6. 供應商品質異常輔導。 Train supplier for quality matter. 7. 給供應商發SCAR或NCR改善報告，并跟進驗證供應商的改善效果。 Issue NCR or SCAR report to supplier and follow corrective action. 8. 對IQC員工進行培訓，提高IQC檢驗員的工作技能。 Train IQC inspectors, improve IQC inspectors’skill. 9. 管理及完善IQC & SQE文件。 Manage and improve IQC & SQE document. 10. 處理上級交辦的其他事宜。 Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
