大客戶銷售大地產總包裝修公司裝飾裝修建材
職責描述: 1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers 擔任圣戈班建筑產品與關鍵客戶之間的大使。 2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts, both national and regional, residential and commercial, developer and contractor 與國家和地區、住宅和商業、開發商和承包商等關鍵大客戶建立并保持長期戰略性信任關系。 3.Develop a complete understanding of key account needs, maintaining knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses Monitor key account changes and improvements 全面了解關鍵客戶需求,保持對競爭對手產品/服務、折扣和定價結構以及優劣勢的了解,并關注關鍵客戶的變化和提高。 4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements. 通過與技術支持和銷售團隊密切合作,根據每個消費者的要求,制定詳細的建議/報價,與關鍵客戶協商戰略采購合同。 5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams 與研發、技術、銷售、營銷、物流、客戶服務、生產和財務團隊密切合作,確保關鍵客戶的整體服務,充當關鍵客戶和內部團隊的聯絡點。 6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams 在關鍵客戶和內部團隊之間進行溝通 7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement. 定期跟進客戶的訂單,及時收集產品,以獲得客戶滿意度和銷售業績改善方面的反饋。 8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel. 主導并開發需要改進區域的解決方案,協調相關業務人員參與。 9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation. 審查目標達成情況并報告給上級管理層,促進關鍵管理決策和戰略制定。 10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts. 維護和擴展重要客戶的關系,與各業務部門密切合作,以維護和進一步發展與重要客戶的關系。 任職要求: 1.Previous experience in key account management or business development in real estate industry preferred 有房地產行業大客戶管理或業務發展經驗者優先。 2.Knowledge of the key account’s business domain & industry preferred 了解大客戶業務領域和行業優先。 3.Outstanding written and oral communications skill 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力 4.Able to build rapport and establish credibility quickly with account stakeholders, being people person 能夠與客戶利益相關者建立融洽關系并迅速建立信任 5.Good & comfortable at communicating at all levels 與各個層面都有良好的溝通 6.Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts 較強的談判能力,能夠全面執行合同 7.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 多任務、有重點工作,管理時間性強 8.Goal-oriented, organized team player 目標導向、有組織的團隊合作者 9.Self-motivated and self-directed 自我激勵和自我指導 10.Calm and patient, able to accommodate difficult customers 冷靜、耐心,能處理麻煩客戶 11.Cross-functional leadership experience would be bonus point 有跨職能領導經驗更好 12.Basic computer skills 基本的計算機技能
