職責描述:
1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers
擔任圣戈班建筑產品與關鍵客戶之間的大使。
2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts, both national and regional, residential and commercial, developer and contractor
與國家和地區、住宅和商業、開發商和承包商等關鍵大客戶建立并保持長期戰略性信任關系。
3.Develop a complete understanding of key account needs, maintaining knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses Monitor key account changes and improvements
全面了解關鍵客戶需求,保持對競爭對手產品/服務、折扣和定價結構以及優劣勢的了解,并關注關鍵客戶的變化和提高。
4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements.
通過與技術支持和銷售團隊密切合作,根據每個消費者的要求,制定詳細的建議/報價,與關鍵客戶協商戰略采購合同。
5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams
與研發、技術、銷售、營銷、物流、客戶服務、生產和財務團隊密切合作,確保關鍵客戶的整體服務,充當關鍵客戶和內部團隊的聯絡點。
6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams

7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement.

8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel.

9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation.

10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts.

任職要求:
1.Previous experience in key account management or business development in real estate industry preferred
有房地產行業大客戶管理或業務發展經驗者優先。
2.Knowledge of the key account’s business domain & industry preferred

3.Outstanding written and oral communications skill
優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力
4.Able to build rapport and establish credibility quickly with account stakeholders, being people person
