Job Responsibilities/崗位職責： 1.Be responsible for all Capex/equipment/expansion project purchasing, in charge of bidding process, ensure orders on time delivery; 負責所有資本性支出/設備/擴張項目的采購，負責投標流程，確保按時交付訂單 2.Develop management of key suppliers, drive them strictly follow our policy, keep improving quality and cost reduction. 管理關鍵供應商，嚴格要求他們遵守我們的政策，不斷提高產品質量和降低成本； 3.Involve new suppliers/ new brands to enhance supply chain continuously and stability, sign contracts and manage them. 引入新的供應商/品牌，不斷增強供應鏈的連續性和穩定性，并與其簽訂合同并進行管理； 4.Drive suppliers management and continuous improvement of supplier performance. 推動供應商管理和供應商績效的持續改進； 5.Strict follow procurement work instruction, ensure all orders and price are completely compliance. 嚴格遵循采購工作指示，確保所有訂單和價格完全符合規定； 6.Continuously drive cost savings, especially for the major suppliers annual discounts price negotiation. 持續推動成本節約，特別是與主要供應商的年度折扣價格談判。
