Job Responsibilities/崗位職責:
1.Be responsible for all Capex/equipment/expansion project purchasing, in charge of bidding process, ensure orders on time delivery;
負責所有資本性支出/設備/擴張項目的采購,負責投標流程,確保按時交付訂單
2.Develop management of key suppliers, drive them strictly follow our policy, keep improving quality and cost reduction.
管理關鍵供應商,嚴格要求他們遵守我們的政策,不斷提高產品質量和降低成本;
3.Involve new suppliers/ new brands to enhance supply chain continuously and stability, sign contracts and manage them.
引入新的供應商/品牌,不斷增強供應鏈的連續性和穩定性,并與其簽訂合同并進行管理;
4.Drive suppliers management and continuous improvement of supplier performance.
推動供應商管理和供應商績效的持續改進;
5.Strict follow procurement work instruction, ensure all orders and price are completely compliance.
嚴格遵循采購工作指示,確保所有訂單和價格完全符合規定;
6.Continuously drive cost savings, especially for the major suppliers annual discounts price negotiation.
持續推動成本節約,特別是與主要供應商的年度折扣價格談判。
Job Requirements/崗位要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with background/experience in pharmacy, Biotech is preferred.
具有藥學、生物技術等相關專業本科及以上學歷。
2.At least 5-8 years of buyer or related work experience.
至少5-8年采購或相關工作經驗。
3.Have solid professional knowledge and understand the principles of procurement and supplier chain management;
具備扎實的專業知識,了解采購和供應商鏈管理的基本原則。
4.Strong skills in negotiation, suppliers involvement and market sensitives;
具備較強的談判、供應商參與和市場敏感性技能;
5.Good skills of reading and writing in both Chinese and English;
具備良好的中文和英文讀寫能力;
6.Smoothly communication manner with internally and outside.
能夠與內部和外部進行順暢的溝通;
7.Risk management and compliance control.
具備風險管理和合規控制能力;
8.Skilled in all office software.
熟練掌握各類辦公軟件。
