Key responsibilities include facilitating communication with budget planning and liaising with the third party. Key Roles: 關鍵職責: ? Implement and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors.
營造并維護一個安全且令人愉悅的工作環境,確保員工和訪客的舒適與安全。 ? Serve as the key point of contact for local third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring that service level agreements are met in accordance with expectations.

? Provide administrative support to Wuhu office employees and visitors from India headquarters, including invitation letter arrangements, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
為蕪湖代表處員工以及來自印度總部的訪客提供各項行政支持,包括邀請函出具、差旅安排和會議協調等。 ? Office budget planning & control, review of monthly expenditure, arrange monthly expense voucher and provide to accounting firm for monthly bookkeeping and tax declaration.
制定和維護代表處的月度預算,監控預算執行情況,確保費用合理控制;審核每月支出,整理費用憑證并提交給會計事務所,配合其完成月度記賬和稅務申報工作。 ? Monthly finance report preparation, bank accounting.
出具月度財務報告,協助進行網銀付款、對賬和資金管理。 ? Coordinate with third party to ensure monthly salary.
與第三方機構協調溝通,確保員工每月工資按時、準確發放。 ? Coordinate & ensure filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns.
與會計事務所協調配合,負責按時完成月度、季度和年度稅務申報,確保稅務合規。 ? Monitor regulatory compliance to ensure tax filing of the employees, expenditure tax filing for the company.
監督員工個稅申報及公司各項支出的稅務處理,確保符合中國稅務法規。 ? Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Representative Office.
完成代表處負責人分配的其他臨時任務,支持團隊日常運營。
Qualifications & Experience: 資質要求: ? Wuhu local person, with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
蕪湖本地人,擁有財務、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。 ? 5 to 7 years proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an international business environment.
5至7年行政支持或相關工作經驗,具有國際商務環境工作經驗者優先。 ? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
具備出色的組織能力和時間管理能力。 ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
具備出色的溝通能力和人際交往能力。 ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件。 ? Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
流利的英語和普通話(書面和口頭),具備良好的跨文化溝通能力。
