職位描述
1. 負責部門內資源協調,合理分配任務來滿足客戶要求和生產需要。
1. Responsible for the coordination of resources within the department, and reasonably allocate tasks to meet customer requirements and production needs.
2. 評審PPAP 和PSW,提交客戶報告;
2. Review PPAP and PSW and submit client reports;
3. 負責主導項目定期分層審核和年度產品件符合性審核;
3. Responsible for leading the regular hierarchical audit of the project and the annual product compliance audit;
4. 制定部門KPI,對產品質量工作進行策劃和管理,并帶領團隊有計劃地推進和實施;
4. Establish KPI for the team, and lead the team to promote and implement the product quality assurance in a planned way;
5. 監督團隊內部處理客戶反饋和投訴的進度狀況,提高客戶滿意度;
5. Monitor the going progress of client feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction;
6. 負責客戶質量管理評審,主導客戶質量管理體系評審。
6. Responsible for customer QPM review, and lead the customer audting onsite.
7. 主導成本降低,過程改進,系統開發和其他工作,以確保項目滿足質量保證要求。
7. Lead cost reduction, process improvement, system development and other work to ensure the project meets quality assurance requirements.
8. 負責部門管理、員工培訓及員工績效考核。

要求:
1. 本科學歷,電子或機械專業優先。
1. Bachelor degree in electronic or mechanical is preferred.
2. 7年以上質量管理工作經驗;2年以上客戶質量管理工作經驗,有PCB/FPC/SMT/CCS制造質量管理經驗者優先。
2. More than 7 years of experience in quality management; More than 2 years of customer quality management experience, PCB/FPC/SMT/CCS manufacturing quality management experience is preferred.
3.黑帶或綠帶人員優先,能很好地分析檢驗等數據;
3.Preferred to the person with the Black Belt or Green Belt, can analyze the inspection and other data well;
4.熟悉質量工具,6西格瑪,RoHS,IPC-6013/610, 8D, MSA和ISO9001*IATF16949等,特別是AIAG標準,VDA 6.3要求。持有IATF 16949審核員證書者優先。
4.Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8D, MSA and ISO9001*IATF16949 and etc, especially AIAG standards, VDA 6.3 requirements. IATF 16949 auditor certificate is preferred.
5. 熟練使用5-why和魚骨,FTA方法編寫和審查8D報告;
5. Good ccommad of writing and reviewing 8D reports with 5-why and fishbone ,FTA methodology;
6.良好的表達能力,有領導能力;
6.Good presentation skills, have leadership;
7.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
7.Good English communication both in writing and spoken.
8. 良好的計算機操作能力:熟悉Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint。
