崗位職責:
1) Target job type: Automation System Engineer.

2) Assist PDF in completing and improving project plans and schedule goals, track and control the execution of project plan progress, promptly report deviations and change plans; Track the achievement of project quality objectives, promptly provide feedback on deviations and change plans; Understand project cost deviations and provide timely feedback
2) 協助PDF完成并完善項目計劃、進度目標,跟蹤管控項目計劃進度執行情況,發現偏差及時反饋并變更計劃;跟蹤項目質量目標達成情況,發現偏差及時反饋并變更計劃;了解項目成本偏差并及時反饋
3) Assist the PDF manager and procurement representative in completing prototype preparation, small sample machine preparation, pilot test preparation, and batch production preparation plans; Assist in arranging small sample machines, intermediate testing certificates, completing equipment testing, and preparing acceptance reports
3) 協助PDF經理、采購代表完成原型機備料、小試樣機備料、中試備料及批量量產備料計劃;協助安排小試樣機、中試驗證,完成設備測試并準備驗收報告
4)Assist the project manager in organizing the development and rolling of project plans, tracking the execution of plans, monitoring project progress, and timely transmitting project warning information;
4) 協助項目經理組織項目計劃的制定、滾動,跟蹤計劃的執行情況,對項目進度進行監控,并及時傳遞項目預警信息;
5) Supervise the project manager to develop and establish a project communication mechanism, assist in organizing project meetings and tracking issues;
5)督促項目經理制定和建立項目溝通機制,協助組織項目例會及問題跟蹤;
6) Responsible for organizing business decision review and technical review activities, assisting in meeting minutes and problem tracking;
6)負責組織業務決策評審及技術評審等活動,協助進行會議紀要及問題跟蹤;
7) Assist in the daily management of the product development center and other tasks assigned by the leadership
7)協助產品研發中心的日常管理工作,及領導交辦的其它工作等
任職要求:
1.College degree or above

2. Familiar with the workflow of products and projects;
2.熟悉產品與項目的工作流程;
3. Excellent logical thinking ability, communication skills, and writing organization ability; Stay calm in case of emergencies and be able to coordinate and resolve them in a timely and secure manner; Can withstand a certain amount of work pressure
3.具備出色的邏輯思維能力、溝通交流能力和文字組織能力等;遇事冷靜,能及時穩妥地協調解決突發事件等;能承擔一定的工作壓力。
