Duties and Responsibilities 職務和職責: ? Facilities 廠務 · Be responsible for the management and maintenance of buildings/infrastructures/facility equipment within the plant (air-conditioner system, electrical and electric, water system, fire protection system, power supply system…etc.) 負責和維護建筑/基礎設施/廠房設備（空調系統、電氣電子、供水系統、防火系統、供電系統等）。 · Provide technical support to the site facility operation, including planning and execution of maintenance and repair to ensure continual production. 對廠務設施運轉提供技術支持，包括制定和執行維護檢修計劃，以保證持續生產。 · Supervise work of maintenance/construction contractor to meet requirement on quality, schedule and EHS. 對維保/建設的廠商的工作進行監督，確保其符合公司的品質、進度及EHS方面的要求。 ? EHS 環境健康安全 · Support Facilities & EHS Manager to develop, implement, document & maintain EH&S programs, policies and procedures. · 支持Facilities & EHS經理開發，執行，記錄并維護環境，健康及安全的項目，政策及程序。 · Develop and conduct EH&S training plan to all department as well as subcontractors. · 制定并實施員工和承包商的環境，健康和安全培訓計劃 · Ensure emergency response plans for the plant site are fully developed and maintained. · 確保建立完整的廠房應急預案并進行維護 · Support Facilities & EHS Manager to work with operation team to implement EH&S programs in plant, while establishing and maintaining employee engagement and a strong cultural understanding of EH&S policies and procedures. · 支持Facilities & EHS經理與現場運營團隊一起執行廠房環境，健康和安全項目，保持員工的參與，形成環境，健康和安全政策和程序良好的文化氛圍 · Monitor the implementation and status of site annual EH&S objective and improvement projects. · 監控公司年度環境，健康和安全目標和改進項目的進度 · Coordinate site EH&S Safety Committee Program and support activity regularly. · 協助公司環境，健康和安全委員會項目，并支持定期組織的活動 · Coordinate site job hazard assessment process, control positions of high risk and train employees on the high risk job. · 協調職業危害評估程序，控制高危險職業，并向員工培訓高危險職業知識 · Involve investigation of accidents, making and following the relevant improving measures. · 參與事故進行調查，參與建立和跟進相關改進措施 · Implement PPE Management Procedure. · 執行PPE的管理程序 · Implement periodic internal EHS audit and annual EHS program evaluation · 執行定期的EHS內部審核及年度EHS體系評估 · Implement and improve EHS compliance program timely · 執行并實時更新EHS合規計劃 · Maintain relationship with EHS related government departments to ensure EHS compliance. · 維護與EHS相關的政府部門關系以確保EHS合規性 · Coordinate emergency evacuation drills. · 協調緊急撤離演習 · Develop employee occupational health management record, organize medical check, and protect employee health. · 建立員工職業健康管理記錄，組織體檢，保護員工的身體健康。 · Other supervisor assigned work · 其它主管人員分配的任務。 Qualifications and Experience 任職資格和經驗: ? Education教育 · College degree or above 本科或以上 · Major: Science or Engineering 理工科 ? Related Work Experience相關工作經驗 · Over 3 years facilities maintenance experience in manufactural factory. 有3年以上的制造企業廠務維修經驗。 · Better to have experience on facility project (either new-built, modification or expansion). 有廠房、設施的新建、改建、擴建項目經驗尤佳。 ? Key Competency 關鍵能力與素質 · Strong hands-on problem-solving capabilities 強烈解決問題的能力 · Able to read electric drawings 電氣圖紙閱讀能力 · Familiar with facility equipment (air-conditioner system, electrical and electric, water system, fire protection system, etc.) and able to do trouble-shooting. 熟悉廠務設備（空調/水/電氣/消防等）的運行操作，并能對常見故障進行診斷并處理。 · Familiar with facility project management procedure. Has. 熟悉廠務項目管理流程。 · Familiar with MS Office and AUTOCAD. 熟練使用MS Office及 AUTOCAD軟件 ? Communication Capability 溝通水平 · Excellent communication and people skills 良好的溝通和人際交往能力 ? English Capability 英語水平 · CET4 or CET6 大學英語4級或6級 ?
