We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and identifying new business opportunities to increase our global market share. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction. - Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications: - Indian nationality - Background with study or working experience in China preferred - Fluent in English. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field. - Proven track record of successful international sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, preferably in the plastic extruder industry. - Strong understanding of international markets and business practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
