1. Responsible for managing orders and shipments including order entry, order acknowledgment, shipment arrangement, customer service helpdesk control
2. Communicate cross functions to fulfill order delivery on time
3. Complete weekly and monthly related reports including revenue, OTFP, past due, etc.
4. Coordinate customer complaint and special request with other functions to improve customer satisfaction
5. Deal with SAP operation and other necessary system maintain
崗位要求
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
2. Over 3years’ experience in industrial customer service, project management, material planning or purchasing
3. Strong ERP system knowledge
4. Be knowledgeable on industry and logistic
5. Excellent skills and good command on written and oral English/Korean.
6. Microsoft Office software skills required
7. Have good communication and show leadership on cross function work to reach target
8. Willing to bear the work pressure
