職位描述

客戶質量工程師過程質量工程師
崗位職責:
1、對接客戶掌握公司產品在客戶處的質量表現；了解客戶的質量要求，掌握客戶對供應商管理的流程或者要求，按客戶要求開展工作。
2、將客戶抱怨反饋至公司相關部門，主導客戶端質量問題分析并出具整改報告。
3、按客戶要求監督責任部門的整改進度，并及時回復客戶，確保公司的產品和服務符合顧客的質量要求，糾正和預防措施的制定和貫徹以及質量的持續改進。
4、更新維護工廠質量標準，管理和更新控制計劃，檢查作業指導書，外觀標準以及各項相關流程，對相關人員進行培訓。
5、負責客戶特殊要求審核，跟蹤并確保按照客戶要求關閉問題點。
6、負責生產線質量運行狀態的監控和持續改進，以及品質異常的處理及日常質量數據的分析。
7、識別生產過程質量風險點，建立管控機制，對批量質量事故負責。
8、負責對客戶端服務人員的所有工作進行管理。
9、協助過程審核，產品審核，CCC審核等內外部審核工作。
10、參與新項目控制計劃評審，為新項目提供批量項目的lesson learn輸入；新項目Full Run時開始介入質量管理，以Full Run結果來確認是否交接給生產質量。
11、負責量產階段的檢具管理工作。
12、領導安排的其他工作。
13、遵章守紀，學習并遵守所有EHS規定和要求，發現事故及時上報。
14、學習、遵守、應用、執行質量體系要求。
15、負責完成領導交辦的其它工作任務
任職要求:
1. 本科或以上學歷，機械、工程和相關專業優先 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
2.在質量相關領域有5年以上工作經驗，有制造行業和汽車行業工作經驗者優先
Above 5 years work experience in quality related function, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred.
3. 有檢查員團隊管理經驗。
Team management experience of inspection team.
4. 2年以上試驗，檢驗工作經驗.
Above 2 years
working experience in testing and inspection related.
5. 具有產品審核員資質者優先 Product auditor is preferred
6. 質量管理知識（TS16949, 控制計劃，FMEA, PPAP等）Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, MSA, etc.）
7. 產品審核 Product audit
8. SAP應用
9. 了解TS16949內審知識Familiar with TS16949 internal audit knowledge;
