Job Responsibilities： - 為船舶各類自動化監測與控制系統提供調試，維修及客戶現場服務 Provide commissioning and customer service for products on Automation and Control systems - 在工作中始終保持良好的服務態度 Bearing the good services attitude all time and everywhere when working - 以專業的態度及時與公司內部相關人員溝通 Communicate with task stakeholders internally in time and with professional manner - 及時準確地完成服務報告、參數備份和項目文件整理提交 Timely and accurate completion of service report, parameter backup and project document sorting and submission - 進行現場培訓，為調試和服務提供技術支持，實現知識和技能的相互交流和分享 Conduct on-site training, provide technical assistance for commissioning and services,to achieve mutual exchange / sharing of knowledge and skills - 維持良好的客戶關系，提升客戶滿意度 Maintain good customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction - 完成領導安排的其他工作任務 Finish other tasks according to superior's assignment Qualification： - 大專及以上, 自動化，船舶電子電氣，航海技術或輪機工程 College degree or above, major in Automation, Marine Electronic and Electrical, Navigation Technology or Marine Engineering - 2~8年相關行業現場服務工作經驗 2~8 years of relevant experience in related area - 良好的商業意識，使風險最小化，利潤最大化 A good commercial awareness to minimize risks and maximize profitability - 具有持續學習能力，能夠獨立分析和處理常見技術問題 Continuously learning ability, analyze and deal with common technical problems independently - 服務意識強，注重客戶關系 Strong sense of service, focus on customer relations - 具有良好的團隊協作精神 Be a good team player - 具有良好的中英文溝通能力 Good communication skills in both Chinese and English - 能接受出差 Extensive traveling required Work address：上海長興島，浙江舟山市，江蘇泰州靖江市、江蘇南通市海門區、廣州南沙區
