2.Plan and ensure supplier pre-assessment / audits & measures tracking ;
3.Drives performance and continuous improvement management and collaborates in supplier development programs;
4.Ensure Incoming Inspection Plan (IIP) in Operations;
5.Prepare, Execute & Monitor Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) ;
6."Support procurement to plan & conduct supplier risk ;
7.assessments. Evaluate the supplier performance, Supplier development, Give support to Claim Manager";
8.Drive digitalization in SQM ;
9.Support supplier & material selection in development, projects, manufacturing, assembly workshops & service;
10.Support material qualification process(sample release& production release);
11.Other tasks assigned by superior。
1.Knowledge of supplier quality management and VDA6.3 process audit;
2.Product knowledge related mechanical/plastic/electric components;
3.Be familiar with all kinds of tools like 8D, Fishbone, 5 why, etc.; familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP & SPC;
4.Good at english language communication, good at self-teach competence;
5.Preferred 5 years working experience on SQM/QA function, familiar with supplier management process;
6.It is prefered with success experience of complicated project ;
7.Preferred project lead experience。
