Responsibilities:
1. Develop detail drawing and specification for jigs/fixtures and machines/cells.

2. Generate 3D development models and renderings, as well as production level surfaces and features for engineering and tooling
工程和工具等 的3D模型和效果圖
3. Generate fully tolerance 2D drawings for suppliers prior to mass production for products with demanding geometric and cosmetic requirements
供應商批量生產前提供圖紙
4. Collaborate with the purchasing team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility, along with the requirements of new projects.
與采購部合作,負責新項目的零部件選擇,設計,可行性分析
5. Be responsible for complete database for new projects, ensuring all engineering changes are updated and documented
完成新項目的數據工作,確保所有工藝的更新和存檔
6. Manage and complete Mechanical Design to achieve the task
負責按目標完成機械設計
7. Work together with the team in the design & work with project team to prepare drawings for jigs and machines and others
與團隊合作完成設計,與項目部合作準備夾具等的圖紙。
8. Providing in the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis on client specifications & influence client specifications through design recommendations
根據客戶需求提供設計,通過設計推薦滿足客戶需求
9. Help the operation team to fix/debug the product design issue to ensure the production smooth
幫助生產部完善設計問題,確保順利生產
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
機械或機電一體專業本科以上
2. 3+ years’ experience as tooling design engineer,
3年以上工裝夾具設計經驗
3. Proficiency in 3D CAD packages such as Solidworks is essential
熟悉Solidworks等
4. Familiar of Welding fixtures;Automotive automated welding;industrial automation (sensors, valves etc);Electrical engineering;Better a little familiar with Robotics
熟悉夾具,自動化焊割,工業自動化,電氣,***略懂機器人
5. Familiar of design flow and procedure
熟悉設計流程
6. Ability to work in product development team of engineers as well as an ability to work independently
