運營官方社媒賬號市場傳播海外業務B端客戶商品海外社交媒體投放技術方案農/林/牧/漁
主要工作職責Key Responsibilities:
1.根據公司海外戰略,協助國際大客戶業務部制定海外市場核心大單品管理策略提供信息和數據支撐,協同國家經理團隊開展前期市場調研,聚焦市場、國際核心客戶需求,推動產品定位優化與迭代升級工作。
Support the International Key Accounts Department with market insights and data to develop product management strategies in line with the company’s global expansion plan.
Assist country managers in conducting preliminary market research, focusing on market demand and key international clients, and promote product positioning and iterative upgrades.
2.協同海外國家經理團隊和技術總監為客戶提供技術、產品的屬地化適配方案,包括不限于產品手冊、應用解決方案、技術FAQ等。
Assist country managers and technical directors in providing localized technical and product adaptation solutions to overseas clients, including but not limited to product manuals, application guides, and technical FAQs.
3.鏈接研發團隊支持海外國家經理團隊對核心客戶提供技術支持,產品創新方向及技術解決方案。
Collaborate with the R&D team to support overseas country managers in offering technical support to key clients, as well as driving product innovation and technical solutions.
4.執行全球品牌傳播策略,提升公司和品牌的國際影響力。
Execute global brand strategies to enhance the company’s international presence and brand influence.
5.運營海外官方賬號及建立其它社媒賬號(如LinkedIn、Facebook等)。
Manage official overseas social media accounts and establish other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
任職要求Requirements:
1.本科及以上學歷,農學、植物保護、園藝、市場營銷、國際貿易、傳播學等相關專業。
Bachelor's degree or above in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Marketing, International Trade, Communications, or related fields.
2.1-3年農業領域從業經驗,具備產品管理、市場開發、技術支持等工作經驗者優先。
1-3 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably with a background in product management, market development, or technical support.
3.熟悉海外社媒平臺運營邏輯。
Familiarity with the operation and logic of overseas social media platforms.
4.熱愛農業,跨文化溝通能力強,適應跨時區協作與短期出差。
Passion for agriculture, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and ability to work across time zones and travel on short notice.
5.優秀的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
