Job responsibilities 1. Be responsible for quality control in Heat treatment manufacturing process. 2. Resolving quality problems related in time during daily manufacturing and putting forward the improving measures. 3. Review and approve Heat treatment SOP and supervise relevant departments to improve the nonconerrorforming items in SOP timely and effectively. 4. Develop and implement the Heat treatment quality control measures and inspection standards. 5. Be responsible for quality testing, making sure that the production is going perfectly. 6. Overseeing and follow-up the production process, relevant documents and records will be managed etc. 7. Conduct the process audit for Heat treatment and report the audit findings and request production or engineering improvement. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above & Associate or major in Heat Treatment, metal material. 2. Working experience in Heat Treatment process 3 years above. 3. Familiar with the Heat treatment standards, specifications, such as AMS 2750/2759. 4. Familiar with ISO9001 & AS9100. 5. Familiar with process control tools, such as PFMEA,SPC, MSA. 6. Familiar with manufacturing process for CNC machining parts. 7. Strong English communication skills in both oral and writing. 8. Strong ability on coordination, teamwork, like to face challenge and study new things. 9. Good communication skills both within and out of department.
