1. Inbound leads cold call andnurturing.
2. Sales operation includes presentation slides, quote

preparation, billing/OAR process, meeting arrangement, and related activities. 3. Resolve escalated operational issues including customer inquiry/concerns on product/solution/Console operations

1. To determine appropriate follow-up actions to push business progression with keen business acumen and problem-solving skills to support customer's business success.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. University degree, about3-year working experiences.
2. With at least one year osales operation experience.
3. Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.
4. Basic data-analysis experience.
