Responsibilities： 1. Responsible for ME team (disciplinary and technical), good leadership, motivate and grow the team. 2. Responsible for the ME team’s standards, technical reports, design checklists & guidelines, equipment and test WI, etc. 3. Responsible for compliance with the Fuba Development Process (FDP) and other processes. 4. Responsible for compliance with customer requirements according project requirement documents. 5. Responsible for the quality, milestones deadlines, and development costs of the technical department projects. 6. Cost Center planning in regards of resources and costs. 7. Lead mechanical engineering activities in coordination with Global ME Manager, like coordination/assignment of resources to projects or vocations. 8. Technical exchange Interface to BSD, Mechanical engineering in Germany, Communication interface to BSD Electrical Engineering and Validation Engineering. 9. Responsible for resource planning, workload analyze, salary structure etc. in mechanical engineering team, Fuba China. 10. Main technical contact for our customers during the projects. Responsible for presentations regarding technical topics to customers. 11. Technical responsibility for the mechanical development of automotive reception system hardware components in assigned projects, from project start until SOP 12. Accountable for analysis and evaluation of (requirements-) specifications in RFI/ RFQ stage. 13. Assist preparation of base for business case calculation. Requirements: 1. Master or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronic area with good to excellent results or comparable technical education. 2. At least 3 years of experience serving in a role managing technical staff and processes. 3. At least 8 years job-experience in antenna or automotive electronics product development 4. Good knowledge of product development process and company disciplines. 5. High intellectual and physical bandwidth/ capacity. 6. Flexibility responsibility, powerful execution. 7. Very structured and logical mind- set. 8. Team player, Excellent communication skills and self-confident manner internally and externally 9. Willingness to travel national and international 10. Good language skills in English both verbal and writing. 11. Good skills in MS Office
