一、JD： 1.Ensure that the operation is following all

processes and provide support to maximize output, quality and safety. 確保生產過程按流程執行，并提供支持以確保產量、質量和安全最大最優化。2.Evaluate supervisory personnel and assist supervisors with the evaluation of those employees under their direct supervision. 評估直接下屬，并協助其評估其下屬團隊之績效 3.Review training plans for new hires, job changes and any functional updates or revisions. 評估新員工、調崗員工等所需之培訓計劃。 4.Improve processes and policies in support of the organizational goals.改善流程和正常以支持公司目標的達成。 5.Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.建立和執行本部門之管理政策和流程達到產量最大化。 6.Assist with the coordination, implementation and adherence of healthy and safe working conditions for all employees. 協助、協調并執行職業健康安全法規確保其生產條件和員工全部符合法規要求。 7.Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures for overall safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection. 監督其部門之安全、工業衛生和防火符合相應法規和流程的要求。 8.Address issues on a daily basis to ensure continuity of operations. 管理日常事務確保生產的持續性 9.Propose, evaluate and implement improvement suggestions to maximize efficiency of operations. 建議、評估和執行生產改進建議以使生產效率最大化。 10.Ensure that production supervisors and operators follow all orders as specified 確保生產主管人員及操作人員遵守操作規程。 11.Organize working shift patterns in line with demand. 根據需要組織調整工作班次方式 12.Work in conjunction with maintenance to manage the effectiveness of equipment, machinery and overall plant.與維護人員合作確保設備的有效性 13.Supports the adaptation of machinery to ensure new processes run efficiently and with minimal down-time.支持設備的改造以確保新工藝運行的可靠性和停機的最小化。 14.Work with schedulers to meet customers’ demands. 與計劃人員合作確保滿足客戶要求 15.Ensure deadlines and deliveries are met.確保交貨期限并按時交貨 二、Qualification 1.University education or above 本科或以上學歷 2.5 years of working experience in manufacturing as production manager or above五年以上生產經理以上經驗 3.Knowledge of safety regulations and norms of labor safety 安全知識和勞動安全管理經驗 4.Information technology skills 電腦使用熟練 5.Excellent communication skills 溝通交流能力強 6.Good English skills 英語能力強
