Develop comprehensive results-driven marketing plans (bilingual English & Chinese) aligned with client objectives, brand positioning and category communication needs.
Identify and recommend the most effective marketing channels for each campaign.
Partner with the Creative Director and the rest of the extended teams across domains to translate strategic goals into compelling narratives and creative
concepts.
Track campaign performance and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Experience working with B2B-related industries (e.g., tech, healthcare, industrial) and marketing communications in other markets beyond China is a plus.
