QA客訴處理
Job Targets崗位目標 Operates and maintains quality system in responsible project, ensures production line quality under control, improves product quality and reduces cost, and solves customer complain quality issues; From NPI to MP till EOL, establish, implement and maintenance quality standard, quality system. 在所負責的項目或生產線內運行并維護質量體系,使生產線處于受控狀態,提高產品質量并降低生產。成本, 并解決客戶端的投訴質量問題;項目從NPI階段開始到MP到產品EOL,品質的建立,實施和維護。 1. Internal (production line) quality control內部產線品質控制 1.1 Production Quality Management產品質量管理 1.1.1 Responsible for whole life quality control for product,improve product quality through testing,process and control,reduce poor quality cost. 負責從樣品到量產整個生產過程的產品質量控制,尋求通過測試、控制及改進流程以提升產品質量,降低品質成本。 1.1.2 Responsible for handling ‘production line-in process’ issue with team, including NPI,MP product, collecting and record any quality issue, data, nalysis and summary. 負責解決產品生產過程中所出現的質量問題,處理品質異常及品質改善,新產品導入時的品質異常信息收集、匯總、反饋及跟蹤改善成效。 1.1.3 Initiate SIP DOC, and training QC inspectors. 制定各種與品質相關的檢驗標準與文件,培訓相關QC檢驗人員。 1.1.4 Completes and executes quality control process/SPEC/Standard in production line for product. 組織制定和完善品質管理的各項制度、流程及標準。 1.1.5 Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools. 制定并執行產品審核制度,持續提高產品精致工藝。 1.1.6 Implement customer new requirement or special requirement related to quality standard after team approval,adding into quality documentation. 質量標準與客戶特殊要求的導入。 2.Project Quality Management/Control 項目品質管理/品質控制 Prepare below documentation/information which customer needed, align with customer about SPEC/Testing method/MTD measurement method, including but not limited to: NPI階段如下資料文件的準備,收集與整理,以及與客戶澄清檢驗標準,測試量測方法等。 1.SIP initiate 2.YRR 3.MTD (Transfer to Customer Format/Translation) 4.CPK 5.GR&R 6.QCP 7.Correlation test data with customer 8.Make program part list 9.Customer Complain handling 10 quality improvement 11.Customer visit/Meeting 12.Quality data record 13.Others 3. Work with QMS team to well implement DOC system during quality control. QMS系統貫徹到整個品質控制。 3.1 Quality System Implementation 質量體系得執行 Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product quality and service quality, meets customer requirements. 貫徹執行質量體系,及時處理在產品生產過程中的問題,保證產品和服務質量, 滿足客戶需求。 3.2 Assists to implement quality system and process audit, and track corrective actions according to the Plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control. 按計劃協助實施質量體系及過程審核并跟蹤改進措施,在工作中積極使用適當的質量改進工具并進行大力推廣,促進質量控制方面的改進。 3.3 Assists the QMS to complete customer audit and internal audit. 協助QMS完成客戶對公司的審核,以及公司內部審核。 4. External customer quality service 外部客戶品質服務 4.1.Take leader of Customer complain, organizing related team members to discuss and find root cause and take corrective action ,response customer in time with 8D report. 客戶投訴處理與跟蹤,針對客戶投訴品質異常,組織相關部門制訂糾正、預防措施并回復客戶,監督和跟蹤實施過程及效果.及時回復客戶8D報告。 4.2. Work with team members to do continues improvement base on customer feedback information. 依客戶反饋內容持續推動生產線持續改善。 4.3. Run PDCA logic to push production improvement. 會運用PDCA理念推動生產線持續改善。 4.4 Contact customer to align SPEC/Standard/Test method…etc. during NPI stage,參考ITEM --2項目品質管理Project Quality Management. 4.5.Work with sales and customer service department, to take regular customer visit and maintain customer relationship. 與業務和客服部門合作,定期拜訪相關客戶,維護客戶關系。 4.6. Work with sales team about related business issues. 與業務部門合作處理相關商務方面事宜。 5. Record, Reporting /記錄,報告品質相關文件。 5.1 Completes product quality inspection and control document, such as QPI,QCP. 制定產品質量方面的檢驗和控制文件,如QI,品質檢驗文件QCP. 5.2 Collect, Record and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule. 收集及匯總質量數據,按所確定的周期匯報并制定改進方案。 5.3 Customer complain/RMA record and analysis,follow up the progress. 客戶投訴/反饋/退貨RMA/的分析,跟進以及整理分析報告。 5.4 Record all quality issue from NPI to MP till EOL, update it timely and summary. 從NPI-MP-EOL所有品質問題記錄并定期匯總。 5.5 Handling QA MOH隔離區物料的處理。 6.上級主管交待的其它事宜。Other task from management. 任職資格Qualifications 教育水平:大?;蛞陨蠈W歷 Education:College degree or above 專業:理工科或者相關專業 Major: Science and Engineering or related major 工作經驗:3年以上質量控制經驗,有CQE客訴處理經驗+產線異常處理經驗,或者CQE客訴處理經驗+跟新項目經驗, 具有模切行業工作經驗者優先。 Work Experience: Min >3 years quality experience; either CQE(customer quality complaint issue handling) +QE(production quality issue handling) experience or CQE+ New project experience(NPI) ,Work experience in die cut industry preferred. 英語要求:讀寫聽說。優先考慮英語會話溝通能力者。優先英語四六級 English Requirement: can read, write, listen, speak English, English certification CT4 / 6 is preferred. 能力要求Capacity Requirement: 1. 具有質量策劃以及生產件提交能力。 Competence on quality planning and production part submission. 2. 具備產線異常處理經驗及溝通能力。 Production line issue handling experience and good communication ability with customer. 3. 具有新項目經驗。 NPI project-quality follow up experience. 4. 會運用8D及PDCA理念推動生產線持續改善,可獨立撰寫8D報告。 Run 8D and PDCA to push production improvement, Can write 8D reports independently. 5.具備客訴處理經驗及客戶溝通能力。 Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer. 6. 較強問題解決能力。 Strong problem-solving skill. 7. 熟悉ISO9001,ISO14001熟悉糾正預防措施,有客訴處理經驗,熟悉項目開發流程。 Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14000,corrective and preventive actions,have the enough experience for handling customer complaint, familiar with the process of project development. 8. 熟悉并熟練應用過程質量控制工具,如QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R. Familiar with process control quality tools, such as QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R. 9. 系統的質量思維; Systematic quality mind.
