職位描述:
1.市場信息收集,了解并分析競爭對手的情況,對主要茬口的未來發展趨勢做出預測。
2.所在區域露地作物試驗計劃制定,試驗安排和評估。及時與露地組內其他同事分享試驗結果與新品種開發計劃。
3.在NPI會議之前,給中國產品開發部經理提供相關信息,并參加NPI會議。
4.在新產品上市,推廣等活動中,與銷售部同事及合作伙伴緊密合作,并提供技術支持。
5.協助中國產品開發部經理制定全國5年中期產品開發計劃,并能獨立制定自己負責區域內的產品開發計劃。
6.與國外產品經理、育種家就相關的信息進行交流;陪同國外產品經理、育種家拜訪主產區。
7.定期與露地蔬菜相關產業鏈的主要參與者進行交流,開拓新業務。
8.與County team成員緊密交流協作。
9.協調洋蔥品種的全國產品開發工作。
10.部門經理交辦的其他相關工作。
學歷及經驗要求:
●農業專業本科或以上學歷。
●英語流利,會日語或法語更佳。
●具備市場營銷理論知識。
●熟練使用word, excel 等辦公軟件,會使用數據分析優先。
●有駕駛證及實際駕駛經驗。
●5年以上種子業務或農業領域產品推廣或銷售代表經驗,熟悉露地蔬菜作物,特別是洋蔥。

Key responsibilities:
1.Market information investigation, competitor’s evolution analysis, estimation of trend for main segments.
2.Development trials planning, arrangement, and evaluation in his/her assigned territory. Share trial results and new varieties work plan in open field team in season.
3.Feedback his/her manager on specific information before NPI meetings and participate in NPI meetings.
4.Collaborate with Sales team & partners for new varieties Launching,
promotional events, technical support and other actions.
5.Assist his/her manager to establish the 5 years Development Mid-term plan for the subsequent years and fill in the plan for his own area.
6.Exchange with foreign Product Manager and breeder for various topics, accompany product manager and breeder’s visit.
7.Regular exchange with key influencers in open field crop value chain, looking for new business opportunities.
8.Communicate and cooperate tightly with county team members.
9.Coordinate national-wide development work for onion.
10.Other proper tasks assigned by his/her manager.
Qualifications and experience required:
*Bachelor’s degree in agriculture related is required
*Fluent English is a must, French or Japanese would be an advantage
*Understand marketing principle
*Familiar with Office software, data analysis skill is a plus
*Drive license is a must
*5+ years’ experience in seed business or agricultural sector as product promotor or sales representative, familiar with open field vegetable crops, especially onion
