Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations
協助準備審計業務計劃書和相關演示文稿
Managing all aspects of audit engagements including planning, staff scheduling, administration,
closely monitoring engagement progress to meet the report deadline
管理審計項目的各個方面,包括審計計劃、人員安排及管理、密切監督項目進程,確保審
計報告按時出具
Managing business processes, making and promoting decisions at an appropriate level
管理業務流程,作出恰當決策并推動決策的貫徹執行
Leading Team and People, providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team
members

Job Responsibility & Accountability
崗位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance relevant disciplines from major universities
in china or overseas
國內/國外重點大學會計或財務相關專業本科以上學歷
Minimum 5 years' audit experience in the financial industry including banking, securities, insurance, etc.
至少5年銀行、證券、保險等金融行業審計工作經驗
CICPA member or in preparation
取得中國注冊會計師資格證書或正在考取期間
Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial
transactions
業務意識強,能夠發現商業事務中的審計問題
A strong command of oral and written Chinese and English
中英文口語及書寫能力強
A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure
具有團隊合作精神、責任心強、能夠應對較高的工作壓力、愛崗敬業
Strong organization skill, problem solving ability and leadership are the advantaged personal
