公司和業務線介紹： Forvis Mazars（富睿瑪澤）是一個領先的全球性專業服務網絡，以單一品牌運營。該網絡僅由兩名成員組成：美國的Forvis Mazars有限責任合伙，以及在全球逾100個國家和地區開展業務的國際一體化合伙企業Forvis Mazars集團。我們致力于在全球范圍內提供審計與鑒證、稅務和咨詢服務，我們擁有超過 40,000 名員工，確保每位客戶都能獲得無與倫比的體驗。 Forvis Mazars全球中國業務部（GCS）成立于2012年，是一個集中了國際化人才與專家的平臺，共享與中國相關的經驗、知識和資源，并將其整合和最大化利用，用以為在海外投資的中資企業提供定制化的高質量服務。我們目前在全球五大洲30多個國家設立了中國業務部，其業務范圍涵蓋法國德國、美國、新加坡、巴西、南非等全球60多個國家和地區，專門協助中國公司的國際發展及其海外運作。 Responsibilities: 工作職責： Be responsible for cross-border audit and financial consulting services of Chinese companies 負責中國內地企業的跨境審計及財務咨詢業務 Assist Mazars overseas offices to communicate and coordinate with Chinese clients, determine customer service scope and quotation, promote and track the project progress, and ensure the smooth completion of the assignment. 協助瑪澤海外辦公室，與中國客戶進行溝通、協調，確定客戶服務范圍及報價，推進跟蹤項目進程，確保項目順利完成。 Building and sustaining deep relationships with clients, managing projects to fully meet clients’ expectations 建立并維護良好的客戶關系，進行項目管理，充分滿足客戶的需求 Involving Global China services, to better support the overseas expansion of Chinese companies, incl.: communication, coordination, problem-solving. 參與全球中國業務部工作，為在海外投資的中資企業提供最佳服務，包括：溝通、協調、解決問題等。 Managing all aspects of engagements including planning, staff scheduling, administration, closely monitoring engagement progress to meet the report deadline 管理項目的各個方面，包括項目計劃、人員安排及管理、密切監督項目進程，確保項目報告按時出具 Participating in the audit of consolidated financial statements of group companies 參與集團公司合并會計報表的審計 Participate in the completion of financial audit assignments and issue audit reports in spare time. 在空余時間，參與完成財務審計項目，出具審計報告。 Job Responsibility & Accountability 職位要求 Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance relevant disciplines from major universities in china or overseas 國內/國外重點大學會計或財務相關專業本科以上學歷 At least four years relevant industry audit experience 四年及以上審計行業相關工作經驗 CICPA member is plus 取得中國注冊會計師資格證書優先考慮 Familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS 熟悉中國會計準則和國際財務報告準則 Experience in the audit of consolidated financial statements of group companies is plus 有集團公司合并會計報表經驗者優先考慮 A strong command of oral and written Chinese and English 中英文口語及書寫能力強 A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work under high pressure 具有團隊合作精神、責任心強、能夠應對較高的工作壓力、愛崗敬業 Strong organization skill, problem solving ability and leadership are the advantaged personal attributes for this position 具備較強的組織能力、解決問題能力、領導力者優先考慮
