Key Responsibilities · 負責供應商、品種及客戶首營資料的初審，首營資料的歸檔管理 · 負責GSP相關質量信息的核查、反饋 · 負責計算機軟件系統基礎信息的建立及維護 · 負責對系統中涉及質量問題品種的鎖定處理 · 協助質量查詢、質量投訴和質量事故的調查、處理 · 負責起草、編寫公司藥品和醫療器械經營相關制度和SOP等 · 負責GSP管理文件的起草、匯總、整理及維護，包括：質量計劃、購銷評審、自查報告等 · 組織開展質量管理教育和培訓，建立培訓檔案 · 組織人員健康體檢工作，建立健康檔案 · 組織實施倉庫溫濕度自動監測系統的性能驗證工作 · 協助對承運商運輸條件和質量保障能力的檢查 · 負責藥品經營許可證，醫療器械經營許可證/備案憑證的換證管理工作 · 協助對藥監部門日常監管和飛行檢查的相關迎檢及現場支持等工作 · 協助和支持倉庫驗收工作 · 協助和支持GSP倉庫相關QMS的實施 · 其它由直線經理安排的項目和工作 Requirements: · 大學本科醫藥相關專業畢業 · 執業藥師資格 · 具有至少三年從事藥品質量管理的實踐經驗，從事過藥品經營過程管理工作 · 熟悉相關國家和地方質量政策法規(GSP等) · 電腦及業務軟件的使用能力 · 良好的職業道德，誠信、正直、認真、堅持原則 · 高度的質量敏感性 · 較強的溝通、協調、創新能力 · 較強的分析判斷解決問題能力 · 較好的書面報告能力，較強的學習能力 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
