Zscaler App support (Key responsibilities)

Assist users with Zscaler related incidents/requests

Support App migration related activities

Perform Zscaler App discovery and policy segmentation

We are looking for engineers who have Network security background (working previously with firewalls, proxy - ideal Zscaler products. In this position they will act as a 3rd line support and this is why we are looking for skilled people. We are not expecting to have experience in Zscaler but a lot of hands one in firewall troubleshooting for instance. They must speak Chinese and English as they may interact with other people in APAC, end users from countries like Japan, India, Korea, MY, TH and so on.

Customer is using Zscaler Internet Security and Private Access. All blades are enabled.
