Job Responsibilities:
1.Customer Development and Business Expansion
Identify potential customers through online platforms, trade shows, and other channels; formulate and implement overseas market development strategies; analyze industry trends and develop differentiated solutions.
2.Customer Needs Coordination and Solution Implementation
Address customer needs by providing tailored logistics solutions covering transportation methods, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness; lead contract negotiations, monitor execution progress, and coordinate resources to ensure service delivery.
3.Customer Relationship Management
Collaboratively resolve transportation issues; provide value-added services such as supply chain optimization; establish customer profiles and record cooperation dynamics to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4.Market Analysis and Strategic Support
Monitor overseas market and policy changes; collect customer feedback to generate analysis reports; assist in formulating targeted marketing plans through data mining.
Job Requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Marketing, English, or related fields are preferred.
2.Strong market analysis and marketing capabilities, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs, and develop effective customer development and marketing strategies.
3.Strong sense of customer service and team collaboration spirit, able to proactively provide high-quality services to customers and work closely with team members to achieve goals.
4.Excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with foreign clients and internal departments.
