- Responsible for new projects, new product development, promotion and relationship maintenance, and establish good business relationship with target customers;
-負責客戶的新項目、新產品開發、推廣與關系維護工作,與目標客戶建立良好的業務關系;
- Tap the needs of major customers, and flexibly and effectively accomplish sales tasks;
-挖掘客戶的需求、靈活有效的完成銷售任務;
- Participate in market survey, competitor research, marketing planning, and provide relevant market information and constructive suggestions for marketing decision, and timely feedback the situation of market development and marketing progress;
-參與市場調查、競爭對手研究、營銷策劃等,并為營銷決策提供相關市場信息和開拓市場的建設性意見,及時反饋市場開發與營銷進展的情況;
- Do a good job in consulting and related services of major clients, and deal with complaints from large customers in a timely manner;
-做好客戶的咨詢及相關服務,及時處理大客戶投訴等事宜;
- Responsible for the establishment of information files and management of large customers, and a scientific customer relationship management, and timely and efficient service to the large customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
-負責建立客戶信息檔案和管理工作,并進行科學的客戶關系管理,及時高效的為客戶提供高品質服務,以保證客戶滿意度。
Tenure requirements任職要求
- Bachelor degree or above, major in English, Business English, Chemistry, Logistics, etc;
-大專及以上學歷,英語、商務英語、化學、物流等相關專業的;
- Have a strong interest in foreign trade work, more skilled English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
-對外貿工作有較為強烈的興趣,較為嫻熟的英語聽說讀寫能力;
- There is a certain perception of customer follow-up.
-對客戶跟進有一定的認知。
