印尼人事崗位職責:
1、根據公司用人需要,進行人員招聘,滿足公司業務發展;
2、定期進行招聘渠道的維護及管理;
3、負責辦理員工入職、離職、調動等相關人事手續;
4、負責入職員工檔案、資料庫的歸檔和維護工作;
5、負責員工考勤統計、薪酬核算、工資發放;
6、負責領導安排的其它工作,如團建、員工活動等部分工作。
任職要求:
1、有2年以上的人力相關經驗;
2、有獨立招聘能力,有汽車維修相關招聘經驗優先;
3、語言要求:英文,會中文優先;
4、熟悉當地勞動法律。
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct personnel recruitment according to the company's staffing needs to meet the company's business development.
Regularly maintain and manage recruitment channels.
Be responsible for handling relevant personnel procedures such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfer.
Be in charge of filing and maintaining the archives and databases of newly - hired employees.
Responsible for employee attendance statistics, salary calculation, and salary payment.
Handle other tasks assigned by the leadership, such as some work related to team - building activities and employee events.
Job Requirements:
Have more than 2 years of experience in human resources - related fields.
Have independent recruitment capabilities, and those with recruitment experience in automobile maintenance are preferred.
Language requirements: English proficiency, and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Be familiar with local labor laws.
