Main Responsibilities/ Tasks
主要職責
Selling & Merchandising 賣進和陳列
? Sell new product, promotions & merchandising initiatives to Key account & distributor.
與重點客戶及經銷商合作,負責新品的賣進,門店促銷以及店面陳列
? Ensure ‘Gold Merchandising Standard’ (GMS) compliance level in his territory.
確保所在區域的門店陳列達到該區域的“黃金陳列標準”
? To discuss & provide AU with potential list of Accounts that can be made direct service from DC.
與區域經銷商討并提供潛在的大倉客戶名單
? Open new A&B stores to expand footprint in territory
在所負責的區域內拓展新的AB店,擴大銷售面
? Escalate Key Account Execution issues & non-compliance for AU support
在區域提供準確有效的協助,確保重點客戶的店內執行穩步提升
Coaching 輔導
? Work with MD in market to coach & provide one-with-one feedback.
與門店理貨員一起工作,提供必要的輔導,定期進行一對一的反饋
? Conduct effective weekly meeting with team.
每周與團隊成員開展切實有效的例會
Key Capabilities / Competencies
關鍵技能/經驗標準
? 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales function part of which should be in the FMCG industry. 3-5年銷售經驗,其中部分必須為快速消費品行業
? Both experience to develop new business/turnaround and stable large business. 同時具備開發新市場及操作穩定市場的經驗
? College degree or above. 大專及以上學歷
? Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills. 專業的銷售技能及談判技巧
? Sales planning and time management. 銷售計劃及時間管理能力
? Strong data analyze is preferred. 有較強數據分析能力者優先
? Strong execution and team player. 較強的執行力及團隊合作精神
? Passionate and quick learner. 積極熱情以及較強的學習能力
? Mandarin & English (preferred if have English capability). 中文&英文(具備英文能力者優先)
? Good computer skills. 熟練操作微軟辦公室軟件
