We collaborate closely with suppliers to develop and deliver products that meet stringent quality standards for the European market. ??Key Responsibilities??

1. ??Packaging Coordination??
   • Anticipate and ensure timely availability of all packaging inputs (marketing data, legal warnings, guidelines).
   • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Quality, Sourcing) and external stakeholders (French Designers, Buyers).
2. ??Workflow Management??
   • Assign files to the design team and monitor artwork delivery timelines.
   • Ensure compliance with packaging guidelines and adherence to standardized formats.
3. ??Validation Process Oversight??
   • Organize artwork validation workflows, including liaising with French Designers, Buyers, and QA teams for final approvals.
   • Track and document every step of the artwork confirmation process.
4. ??Documentation & Communication??
   • Maintain an organized folder structure and update packaging records.
   • Act as the primary liaison for packaging workflows between sourcing, design, QA, and French teams.

??Qualifications & Skills??

• ??Language Proficiency??: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• ??Experience??: 3+ years in project coordination, packaging, sourcing, or merchandising.
• ??Technical Knowledge??: Basic understanding of packaging/artwork processes (design work not required).
