崗位職責: 1.Manage and coordinate the delivery of Stress Testing activities and programs for both Regulatory exercise and BAU risk management for the HBAP Traded Risk. 2.Support the development, implementation and enhancement of the Climate Risk framework and act as the subject matter expert of Climate Risk that are relevant to Traded Risk. 3.Engagement and coordination with Group stakeholders, Traded Risk Managers, IT and Transformation teams in coordinating and delivering of the stress testing agenda. 4.Conduct gap analysis, design requirements for meeting HSBC commitments and Regulatory expectations impacting Traded Risk. 5.Contribute to systems and infrastructure enhancement by taking part in UAT in requirements development. 6.Support the Regional team on BAU and Regulatory Stress Tests. Provide support on delivering.
