Main responsibilities:
主要職責
? Formulate the annual target and target decomposition of the responsible area as required according to the Company's strategy and department plan and task target
根據公司戰略和部門計劃及任務目標,按要求制定崗位責任區域的年度目標及目標分解
? Develop, maintain and manage areal business relationship, implement department's marketing and sales strategy in time, fulfill sales task and increase market share
開發、維護與管理區域內商業關系,及時執行部門的營銷和銷售策略,完成銷售任務,提高市場占有率
? Manage areal customer relationship, effectively strengthen customer team, inventory, sales and marketing management, and improve customer execution force
管理區域的客戶關系,有效強化客戶團隊、庫存、銷售和市場等方面的管理,提高客戶的執行力
? Assist customers to strengthen the development and maintenance of regional key customers / active customers, build and maintain efficient sales channels and sales network
協助客戶加強區域的其重點客戶/活躍客戶的開發和維護,建設和維護高效的銷售渠道銷售網絡
? Implement and optimize the areal market promotion and brand building, reasonably and efficiently control the development and delivery of market expenses and advertising materials, maintain the intellectual property rights of areal market trademarks, reasonably plan the ground delivery of brand building, and continuously improve the brand's popularity, good reputation, loyalty and influence
執行和優化區域內市場推廣和品牌建設,合理高效管控市場費用及廣告宣傳物料開發和投放,維護區域市場商標知識產權,合理規劃品牌建設地面投放,不斷提升品牌在轄區的知名度、美譽度、忠誠度和影響力
? Effectively supervise, guide and manage customers to provide timely scientific and standardized technical services and support to their distributors and consumers in the area, such as product test and demonstration, explanation and promotion of product and crop supporting programs, lectures, technical training, etc.; and continuously optimize the company's product localized use recommendation and solutions
有效監督、指導和管理客戶在區域內向其客戶和消費者及時提供科學規范的技術服務和支持,例如:產品試驗、示范,產品和作物配套方案的講解和推銷講座、技術培訓等,不斷優化公司產品本地化的使用推薦和解決方案
? Areal market research and analysis, including market capacity, product capacity, customers and their marketing strategies, competitors and their marketing strategies, crops, consumers, regional policies and other research and analysis; actively provide suggestions and opinions for the Company's strategy and plan decision-making and implementation
責任市場調研分析,包括市場容量、產品容量、客戶及其營銷策略、競爭對手及其營銷策略、作物、消費者、地區政策等調研和分析,為公司戰略和計劃決策和實施積極提供建議和意見
? Maintain effectively the efficiency and effect of cross company and cross department communication, and constantly optimize the working methods and processes to complete the post tasks.
高效協調跨公司和跨部門的溝通效率和效果,不斷優化完成崗位任務的工作方法和流程。
? Properly and timely complete other tasks assigned by the company and superior

Requirements:
任職要求
? Bachelor degree or above,Agriculture and Marketing related studies is preferred
本科以上學位, 農業和市場營銷相關專業為優
? 3 year or more sales related work experience in compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer in target market areas above-mentioned.
(必備條件)本區域復合肥料和有機肥料行業3年以上銷售相關工作經驗
? Frequent travel within China required
