崗位職責Duties/Responsibilities 1、按照客戶要求和項目進度獨立完成模具方案設計 Completed mold design according to customers’ requests and project schedule Independently 2、與客戶溝通零件技術要求和確認模具方案的可行性，并提供修改意見 Communicated with customers on the technical requirements of parts and confirmed the feasibility of the mold scheme and provide suggestions for modification 3、負責新產品的模具結構設計 Responsible for new product mold design 4、負責供應商模具方案的確認和提出改進建議 Responsible for confirming the supplier's mold scheme and proposing improvement suggestions 5、負責模具和塑料粒子材料選型、DFM、模流分析及提出改進建議 Responsible for mold and plastic particle material selection, DFM, mold flow analysis and put forward improvement suggestions 6、零件外協過程中的技術溝通和問題解決 Technical communication and problem-solving during parts outsourcing 7、提供技術支持，協助解決產品異常處理 Provide technical support and assist in resolving product exception handling 8、負責模具件2D、BOM等技術文件的編制、變更與維護 Responsible for the preparation, change and maintenance of mold 2D, BOM 9、負責模具臺賬建立和維護 Responsible for mold ledger establishment and maintenance 10、專利申請 Patent application 11、 協助新品試制 Assist in production of new products 12、經理分配的其它工作 Other tasks assigned by the manager 任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements 1、模具或機械等類?？萍耙陨蠈W歷，10年及以上的模具設計工作經驗 College degree or above in mold or machinery, etc, 10 years or above working experience in design 2、 必須熟悉UG、PRO/E、Solidworks、CATIA等三維軟件其中的任一種，熟悉Autocad或Caxa Must be familiar with any of UG, Pro /E, Solidworks, CATIA and other 3D software and AutoCAD or CAXA 3、必須熟悉塑料模具設計 Must be familiar with mold design of plastic 4、熟悉齒輪模具設計優先考慮 Familiar with gear mold design is preferred 6、熟悉IATF16949質量管理體系和五大工具優先考慮 Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and five tools is preferred 7、具備模流分析能力優先考慮 Capability of mold flow analysis is preferred 8、有較強的工作規劃和良好溝通協調能力 Have strong work planning and good communication and coordination skills 9、良好的團隊合作精神 Good team work spirit 10、良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力，基本的聽力能力 Good English reading and writing ability, basic listening ability
