崗位職責Duties/Responsibilities 1、Periodic production line audit to ensure quality processes are followed by all employees. 定期對生產線進行審核，確保所有員工都遵守質量流程。 2、Take responsible for nonconforming parts management, identification, segregation, treatment. 負責不合格品的管理、識別、分離、處理。 3、Handle with sudden process issue and take action to correct it. 處理突發工藝問題，并采取措施予以糾正。 4、Raise CAR for process nonconforming item, and chase to close it. 對過程不符合項提出CAR，并跟蹤關閉。 5、Organize team to investigate causes for RMA, reply the 8D report in time. 組織團隊調查RMA原因，及時回復8D報告。 6、Work with project engineer to implement APQP process and prepare the PPAP for customer. 與項目工程師一起實施APQP流程，向客戶提供PPAP。 7、Prepare control plan, inspection plan and visual inspection working instruction. 編制控制計劃、檢驗計劃和目視檢驗作業指導書。 8、Take responsibility for type test with LAB, and take action to make sure quality of the product to meet the full requirements. 負責實驗室的型式試驗，并采取措施確保產品質量達到要求。 9、Assures acceptability and traceability of product and accuracy of documentation 確保產品的可接受性、可追溯性和文件的準確性 10、Actively contributes to continuous improvement in production process. 積極參與生產過程的持續改進。 12、Control Assembly and Injection process and keep the self-molding parts in acceptable and stable level. Including preparing inspection WI and control plan and training inspector and operator. 控制裝配和注塑工藝，使自成型零件保持在可接受和穩定的水平。包括準備檢驗作業指導書和控制計劃，培訓檢驗員和操作人員。 13、Assists Manager in other related duties. 協助經理完成其他相關工作。 Education/Special Skill Requirements: 學歷/特殊技能要求： 1、College at least, more than 10 years of experience in molding and assembly field. 大專以上學歷, 10年以上注塑和裝配行業經驗。 2、ISO9001/IATF 16949 knowledge in a manufacturing background 具有制造背景的ISO9001/IATF 16949知識 3、Additional quality training is preferred and good at Statistical Process Control. 接受過質量培訓者優先，擅長統計過程控制。 4、Be familiar with FMEA, PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA 熟悉FMEA, PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA 5、Good written English language communication skills at least. 良好的書面英語溝通能力。
