工作職責:
1. Support the sales to develop the business in new energy vehicle market for ADAS product and valve product. Familiar with company product knowledge, do product training on a regular basis to the customer in time
2. Build up good relationship with customers based on company sales strategy, timely grasp and accurate deliver the concerns and needs of customers, put forward a reasonable proposal of technology solutions
3. Real-time understanding of the client’s demand and competitor's latest information; Actively cooperate with customers to develop new products and new platforms, assist sales for promotion of VOSS products
4. Early technical support, responsible for the development of the project for the client technical requirements, record, feedback and coordinate internal in rder to satisfy the client prototype fitting, and sorting summary BOM, offer to internal test and report; Cooperate with customers to complete the development and trial production of new products, so as to achieve a wider range of cooperation
5. Coordinate the customers and the company resources, timely and effective handling client daily technical issues and problems, including the product delivery problems
6. Based on customer's actual situation, formulate feasible and effective after-sale service plan; Deal with customer's complaint and claim from customer, make and manage the daily workflow of on-site customer service, improve the quality of customer service
7. Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time
任職資格:
1. Good education background, bachelor degree and above is quite, mechanical or automotive major is preferred
2. More than 5 years working experience, preferably with experience in automotive area, with strong communication ability and skills
3. Familiar with automotive related professional knowledge, personal ability is strong
4. Familiar with CAD drawings
5. Strong ability to work under pressure
6. Experience of project management
