Responsibilities 工作職責 - Responsible for managing project team to achieve project goal as committed to client, including safety, schedule, budget and quality 負責帶領整個項目團隊來實現對業主承諾的項目目標，包括安全，進度，費用和質量 - Responsible for project communications with all stakeholders 負責項目相關各方的溝通協調 - Responsible for project completion under quality, on time delivery and cost within budget 負責項目按照既定的質量要求，進度及預算完成 - Coordination on trouble shooting during execution of project 協調解決項目實施中出現的問題 - Responsible to raise potential project risk in advance and organize resource to lower or eliminate it 負責提前發現項目潛在的風險并協調相關資源來降低直至解決這個風險 - Responsible for the feedback and reaction on customer requirement, development of customer relationship 負責對客戶具體要求的響應和反饋，與客戶建立良好的合作關系 - Organization of project meeting, tracking of project major activities 組織項目協調會議，跟蹤項目主要活動 Job Requirements 崗位要求 - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or above, civil engineering background 大學本科或以上相關專業學歷，土建專業背景 - Minimum 10 years working experience and 3 years of relevant experience 至少10年以上工作經驗和3年PM相關經驗 - Be able to multitask and manage priorities 能處理多事項并管理優先性 - Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能夠前瞻性地發現工作需要 - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 優秀的組織能力和關注細節 - Good English, both spoken and written 英語說寫能力良好 - Good collaboration & team work 良好的協作和團隊合作能力
