Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering all aspects of the accounting function including the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner

- Prepare monthly payroll

- Submit monthly and quarterly tax returns
負責月度和季度稅務申報
- Responsible for internal and external audit and ensure clean opinion
負責內部和外部審計工作的進行
- Daily cash/bank works, including money received and paid and other related cashier works;
負責公司日常銀行款項收付及相關工作;
- Reconcile the payment and receipt information with bank statement, and prepare bank reconciliation on a regular basis;
定期檢查銀行付款與收款,并準備銀行余額調節表;
- Issue invoice and handle the invoice verification on a regular basis;
定期開具和驗證專用發票;
- Safe-keeping financial documents;
負責公司相關財務文件的保管;
- Ensure efficient and effective communications with clients
確保與客戶及時有效的溝通
- Maintain and enhance good and stable relationships with clients and local authorities
與客戶和相關政府機關保持良好的合作關系
- Assist for other accounting works as per company need;
協助其他相關財務工作
Personal Requirements:
- Good command of both spoken and written English
熟練應用英文,包括口語和書寫
- a degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
會計及其相關專業本科學歷
- Over 3 years of full set accounting and tax work, preferably in professional firm or MNC, be familiar with payroll, IIT, social security and housing fund policies and practice is preferable;
3年以上專業服務性公司或外資企業全套賬務、稅務處理工作經驗,熟悉工資、個稅、社保公積金的相關政策和操作優先;
- Be organized, detail oriented and have clear mind and great responsibilities
思路清晰,條理性強,認真負責
- Familiar with Kingdee system and Microsoft Office
熟悉金蝶及微軟辦公軟件
- Spirit of team working
