【職位描述】 Role: Research Analyst Department: JBS Research (Dalian) Reporting to: Team Lead - Research Key Stakeholders: Clients;Internal Team Members Direct Reports: NA What this job involves: Objective: JLL APAC Research is seeking a Research Analyst – JBS Dalian team to proactively maintain and enrich proprietary property;company and transaction data in our Research database. Additionally;input data and information in the system that comes in from third-party sources. Specific responsibilities include searching for missing information within the database;searching the internet to obtain missing information and entering that data into the system. The successful candidate will monitor data into the system;review data accuracy and take appropriate action to reconcile discrepancies when needed. In addition;the analyst will work closely with all levels of Research from management to local analysts and members of the Global Data Hub to carry out regular and ad hoc data initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities -Enter property;company and transaction information into the Research database -Coordinate with Research team to increase data completeness and improve data quality -Regularly monitor data quality dashboards to proactively monitor when inaccurate and incomplete data is entered in the system and quickly correct or escalate issues to the local market researcher -Correct inaccurate location information within the database based on a geographic hierarchy -Participate in ad hoc data management projects as and when required -Provide required other supports to Research team’s research of commercial property sector;including data upload;chart formatting;data analysis;etc. Other required tasks may include -Ensuring productivity and efficiency levels meet business requirement -Approaching key stakeholders and deliverables with a best-in-class service provider attitude -Actively participating in the development of best practices;training materials;standard operating procedures;and standardized tools -Acting as a mentor and providing training and guidance when required to team members Key skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel -Experience in using a property management/lease administration system preferred -Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills -Flexibility/Adaptability: Readiness to change;receptive to new ideas -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively handling and prioritizing stakeholder requests -Able to provide solutions and strategies for stakeholder needs and concerns -Persistent in efforts;practice care and caution when completing work Employee Specification -Graduation (B.A.;BBA;B.Com) with equivalent work experience in research/operations related profile -A minimum of 0-1 year’s industry experience required either in the corporate environment;third party service provider or as a consultant; -Experience with ArcGIS;Tableau;PowerBI;and Python is preferred -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -Strong attention to detail and good organizational;interpersonal skills required -The ability to work under pressure and prioritise work assigned and adhere to tight deadlines
