To participate the SHE inspection in responsible area. 參與負責的區域的SHE檢查 3. Timely report and motivate WWTP staff to timely report any accident/incident/near miss. 鼓勵污水處理廠員工及時匯報任何事故/事件/未遂事件 4. Be responsible for JSA and implementation of work permit system to ensure the work safety of our employees and contractors. 負責JSA和工作許可制度的實施，以確保員工和承包商的工作安全 5. Fulfill the responsibility of defined role in process safety life cycle management. 在工藝安全生命周期管理中履行角色職責 6. Be responsible for IP/MOC gatekeeper of WWTP. 作為WWTP的IP/MOC的把關人 二. Plant performance improvements 工廠績效改進 1. Ensure the WWTP plant comply with all relevant local/National legislation and dsm-firmenich corporate requirements by working with site quality, SHE and IP department. 通過與現場質量，SHE和IP部門合作，確保污水處理廠符合所有相關的地方/國家法規和帝斯曼-芬美 意公司要求 2.Be responsible for the continuous improvement in the plant, to analyze the plant performance, collecting and investigating improvement opportunities. 負責工廠的持續改進，分析工廠績效，收集和研究改進機會。 3. Assessing the improvement opportunities Ｏn added value, ranking and prioritizing opportunities and managing the improvement list. 評估改進機會帶來的附加值，對改進機會進行優先排序，管理改進清單 4. Managing and developing solutions for improvement opportunities. 管理和設計改進機會的解決方案 5.Specify scope of solution and send solution to appropriate process for implementation. 明確解決方案的范圍，并將解決方案按照相關的流程實施 6. Support the management of change evaluation and related actions follow up in the plant. 支持工廠變更評估的管理和相關措施的跟進 7. Coordinate the project implementation within WWTP area. 協調污水處理廠區域內的項目實施 8. Collecting and investigating improvement opportunities. 收集和調查改進機會 9.Support continuous improvement efforts that provide root-cause analysis of known, repetitive processing & maintenance issue’s leading to product Non-Conformances and machine failures. 支持持續改進工作，對導致出水不合格和設備故障的已知、重復出現和維護問題提供根本原因分析 10.Analyzing and quantifying impact of solutions. 分析和量化解決方案的影響 11. Increasing levels of know ledge by (supporting) instructing and training to operators, production and maintenance personnel Ｏn process issues. 通過（支持）對操作工、生產和維修人員進行工藝問題的指導和培訓，提高他們的知識水平 12.Providing engineering expertise in improvement projects and evaluating these projects whether improvement targets have been met. 在改進項目中提供工程專業知識，并評估這些項目是否達到了改進目標 13. Assist WWTP supervisor Ｏn other business and small projects. 協助污水處理廠主管處理其他業務和小型項目 崗位要求： 1.holds at least a University degree major in environment engineering, environment management or related subjects, or chemistry/engineering degrees, and has a minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant professional experience. Experience in an international working environment is preferred. 大學本科以上學歷，環境工程、環境管理或相關專業，或化學/工程專業，至少有5 - 10 年相關工作經驗。有國際工作經驗者優先。 2. is proficient in relevant national codes and standards. 熟練掌握國家相關規范和標準 3. Familiar with WWTP operations and equipment 熟悉污水站運行以及設備 4. Project experiences in WWTP related improvements, e.g. reliability, capacity technology etc… 與污水工程相關的項目改進經驗，如可靠性，處理技術等。
