Job Description 工作崗位：運營總監 Job title: Operation Director 直線匯報對象：董事總經理 Report to (direct line): Managing Director 工作地點：太倉 Work location: Base in Taicang 職位概述： Summary: 將全面負責公司生產運營、供應鏈管理及流程優化，確保高效、低成本、高質量地實現業務目標。領導跨部門團隊，推動精益生產、數字化轉型和全球化運營戰略，提升企業競爭力。 Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, supply chain, and process optimization to achieve business goals with high efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Lead cross-functional teams to drive lean manufacturing, digital transformation, and global operational strategies. 主要工作職責： Job responsibilities: 1. 戰略規劃 Strategic Planning： 制定并實施年度運營戰略，確保與公司整體目標一致。優化生產布局、產能規劃及資源配置，支持業務增長。 Develop and execute annual operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Optimize production layout, capacity planning, and resource allocation. 2. 生產管理 Production Management： 監督生產計劃、質量控制和設備維護，確保交付時效與產品合格率。推動精益生產、六西格瑪等持續改進項目。 Monitor production scheduling, quality control, and equipment maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). 3. 供應鏈管理 Supply Chain： 管理全球采購、物流及供應商關系，降低成本并保障供應鏈韌性。應對供應鏈風險，制定應急預案。 Manage global procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships to reduce costs and enhance resilience. Mitigate supply chain risks. 4. 團隊領導 Team Leadership： 培養高績效運營團隊，協調生產、工程、倉儲等部門協作。建立KPI體系，監控并提升運營效率（如OEE、庫存周轉率）。 Build high-performing teams and foster collaboration among production, engineering, and warehouse. Establish KPIs to track operational performance (e.g., OEE, inventory turnover). 5. 合規與安全 Compliance & Safety： 確保工廠符合EHS（環境、健康、安全）及當地法律法規要求。推動綠色制造和可持續發展舉措。 Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and local laws. Promote sustainable manufacturing practices 6. 跨部門協作 Team work： 與其他部門緊密合作，支持新產品導入及成本優化，確保生產活動與公司整體戰略一致。 Collaborate closely with other departments to align production activities with the company’s overall strategy. Support NPI and cost-saving projects. 7. 公司管理層，員工手冊和直屬領導交辦事項與職責。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. 任職資格： Qualification: 1. 本科及以上學歷，機械工程、工業工程、制造工程或相關專業。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. 2. 至少10年以上非標機械設備制造行業的運營管理經驗。 Minimum 10 years of operation management experience in the custom machinery manufacturing industry. 3. 有外企或國際化制造企業工作經驗者優先。 Experience in multinational or international manufacturing companies is preferred. 4. 熟悉非標機械設備的生產流程、工藝及質量控制標準。 Familiar with production processes, techniques, and quality control standards for custom machinery. 5. 精通生產計劃、精益生產和六西格瑪等管理工具。 Proficient in production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. 6. 熟練使用ERP、MES等生產管理系統。 Proficient in using ERP, MES, and other production management systems. 7. 優秀的領導力和團隊管理能力。 Excellent leadership and team management skills. 8. 出色的溝通和協調能力，能夠與不同文化背景的同事和客戶合作。 Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. 9. 具備較強的問題解決能力和抗壓能力。 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 10. 注重細節，追求卓越。 Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence. 11. 流利的英語溝通能力（書面和口語），能夠與總部及國際客戶順暢交流。 Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to communicate effectively with headquarters and international clients. 12. 能接受短期出差。 Business travel for short period.
