Job responsibilities: 1. 設計繪制電氣原理圖、接線圖、電控柜以及布局圖等。 Design and draw electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram, electric control cabinet and layout diagram. 2. 本地化生產相關機器所需的所有圖紙、零件清單和制作設備使用說明書及維修線路圖等相關文件， Localize all drawings, parts list and related documents required for the production of related machines. 3. 電氣圖紙的審核、歸檔和保密。 Review, filing and confidentiality of electrical drawings. 4. 確保所有技術文件、圖紙、零件表的正確性。 Ensure the correctness of all technical documents, drawings and parts lists. 5. 負責工程項目電氣相關輸出資料的編制、更改、整理更新、歸檔。 Responsible for the preparation, modification, sorting and updating of electrical output data of engineering projects. 6. 協助完成研發設計項目認證驗收工作。 Assist in the completion of R & D design project certification and acceptance. 7. 負責電氣部件的選型、比價及制作采購計劃和電氣采購清單輸出。 Responsible for electrical parts selection, price comparison and make purchasing plan and electrical purchasing list output. 8. 與公司銷售、項目團隊、供應商和客戶溝通系統接口設計、安裝位置和走線，支持解決現場技術問題。配合銷售部門制作設備的招投標方案及報價，負責其中電氣部分的制作。 Communicate with the company's sales, project team, suppliers and customers about system interface design, installation location and routing, and support the solution of on-site technical problems. Cooperate with sales department to make bidding plan and quotation of equipment, responsible for electrical part. 9. 協助完成現場電氣設備調試，分析處理所遇到的問題。 Support on-site electrical equipment debugging, analyze and deal with the problems encountered. 10. 統籌、并協調解決工程項目運作過程中的技術問題。 Coordinate and solve technical problems in the operation of engineering projects. 11. 參與并負責評估供應商的技術能力，解釋技術要求。 Evaluate the technical capability of suppliers and explains the technical requirements. 12. 擠出機控制系統設計和尺寸更新、升級。 Extruder control system design and size update, upgrade. 13. 擠出整線項目上下游控制系統的整合、設計。 Integration and design of upstream and downstream control systems for extrusion projects. 14. 程序編寫，根據設備動作流程圖，編寫設備程序，包括PLC、觸摸屏、機器人、伺服、視覺系統等可編程設備的程序。 Program writing, according to the equipment action flow chart to set equipment programs, including PLC, touch screen, robot, servo, vision system and other programmable equipment programs. 15. 與其他相關部門合作配合，確保工作順利開展。 Cooperation with others. 16. 完成上級/經理交辦的其他工作。公司管理層、員工手冊和相關主管交辦事項與職責。 All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management. 任職資格： Qualification: 1. 大學本科及以上學歷，電氣類相關專業。 Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering. 2. 3年以上相關行業電氣設計工作經驗。 At least 3 years’ working experience in electrical design. 3. 能獨立進行電氣設計，熟悉電氣工作中的相關軟件及硬件。 Able to independently carry out electrical design, familiar with related software and hardware in electrical work. 4. 熟悉西門子或其他同等品牌的編程系統，能根據邏輯圖編寫和修改程序。 Command of Siemens or other equivalent brand programming system, can write and modify the program according to the logic diagram. 5. 對ABB及西門子或同等品牌變頻器有豐富的調試和故障排除經驗。 Have rich debugging and troubleshooting experience for ABB and Siemens or equivalent brand inverter. 6. 英語聽、說、讀、寫熟練。 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 7. 溝通能力強，能獨立自主承擔電氣工作。 Good communication skills and independent. 8. 具有動手能力及團隊合作精神，邏輯清晰，能高效地處理多種任務。 Team player and have strong practical skill.
