Job description:
1.Demand and S&OP Meeting
Collect 12 months rolling demand plan in coordination with sales and operations, continuously integrating new information from customer demands and economic operations. Evaluate risks and identify capacity constraints based on the demand. Define and organize necessary actions in coordination with various departments, and locations for the problem solving. Run monthly Japan S&OP meeting.
2. Inventory Management
Control the inventory to meet the budget and DOI target, meanwhile provide strong support to our business at the same time.
Track the monthly inventory level and keep inventory structure heathy, reducing the slow-moving stock as much as possible.
3.Production Plan and Raw Material Plan
Prepare production plan and work closely with PD, CSR, and other related departments to optimize the plan.
Follow up the daily production, understand what happens on related to production plan
Adjust production plan on daily basis according to the new request and the change of production
Prepare the raw material plan based on demand and follow up the incoming schedule with the purchasing department.
4. Customer Satisfaction
Provide the best delivery and service to customer, work close with production department ,CSR, WH and QA to avoid any kind of supply issues. Make sure OTIF rate is over 95%.
Responds to customer complaints and issues on transportation, generating counter measures and control plans.
5. WHS and Logistics Management
Analyses system data to optimize warehouse storage design, utilization and operational effectiveness.
Set up WHS and Logistics standard operation procedure and continuously optimize the operation in the plant on the standing point of cost and efficiency.
Implements and manages professional warehouse KPIs. i.e. utilization, delivery accuracy, stock accuracy, production SA, loading waiting times, etc.
6.Logistics Management
Optimizing the transportation cost and forwarders administration. Control the transportation cost.
7.Master Data Management
Create and maintenance master data on time and accurately (including material master and master recipe). Monitor abnormal SAP movement and data, follow up with related department for correct in time.
8.Reporting
Collect data for reginal daily /weekly/ monthly /quarterly /annually report. Monitor the trend and analysis the results and provide feasible suggestions /solutions.
9.WAM Activities
Lead the WAM activities. To SC Pillar Leader in Panyu Plant. Support the management of the logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective, roll out and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes.
Job Specifications:
1.Bachelor's degree, major in Logistics Management; Minimum 2 years working experience in Planning and Logistics;
2. Good at writing and spoken English;
3. Understanding about local regulations of transportation, storage, customs;
4. Good understanding and skill in reporting and presentation, good understanding on cost evaluation;
5. Good at communicating, team spirit, cost sensitive and with integrity.

5.分析系統數據以優化倉庫的設計、利用和運營效率,建立倉庫和物流標準操作流程,并從成本和效率的角度不斷優化工廠的運營,執行和管理專業倉庫KPI。即利用率,交貨準確性,庫存準確性,生產SA,裝貨等待時間等;
6.優化運輸成本和代理管理??刂七\輸成本;
7.及時、準確地創建和維護主數據(包括物料表和主配方)。監控SAP異常運行和數據,及時與相關部門跟進糾正;
8.收集區域每日/每周/每月/季度/年度報告數據,監測趨勢并分析結果,提供可行的建議/解決方案;
9.領導WAM活動,番禺工廠的SC支柱領導,從技術和組織角度支持物流項目的管理,推出和可持續實施公司標準流程。
任職要求:
1. 本科學歷以上,物流管理相關專業;具有2年的計劃和物流以上相關工作經驗;
2. 具有良好的英語溝通能力和讀寫能力;
3. 了解當地的運輸、倉儲、海關法規;
4. 良好的理解和報告技巧,對成本評估有很好的理解;
5. 善于溝通,良好的團隊合作精神,對成本敏感,誠信。
