工作職責 Job Responsibility： 1、組織完成生產工藝相關 SOP 的制定和更新，推動和支持車間完成相關培訓。 Organize to complete and maintain SOP of production process. Support production team to complete the process related SOP training. 2、產品 OOS 時，分析原因，制定解決方案，指導車間改進。 In case OOS, analyze the root cause, work out solution, guide workshop operators to improve. 3、完成新產品新技術轉移。 Conduct new products/technical transfer in. 4、新建和維護產品 BOM 和 Recipe。 Create and maintain the BOM & Recipe of products. 5、處理生產偏差和投訴，跟進 CAPA 完成。 Handle the deviation and complaint of production, track the CAPA progress. 6、組織完成生產工藝相關變更。 Organize to complete change control of production process. 7、組織完成生產部改善項目和成本控制項目。 Organize to complete Kaizen project and cost saving project of production department. 8、協助完成生產部設備或者改造的驗證。 Support to complete equipment or modification validation of production department. 9、完成上級交待的其他工作。 Complete tasks assigned by supervisor 任職要求 Qualification： 1、 本科及以上 Bachelor or above 2、 化工專業（高分子化工，精細化工，有機化工，化工工藝等） Chemistry related (Polymer chemistry, Fine chemistry, Organic chemistry, Chemical process, etc) 3、 化工行業 3 年及以上工藝相關工作經驗。有離子交換樹脂行 業工作經歷優先。 3 years or above chemical industry process work experience. PUR-QW-03-1 Ion exchange resin industry work experience is preferred. 4、 工作主動、認真，高學習敏銳度； High motivation, high learning agility. 5、 好奇心強、思維活躍、勇于改變； Be curious, active thinking and have courage to change. 6、 良好的溝通能力和執行能力； Good communication and execution skills. 7、 良好的英語能力。Good English skill 工作地點：浙江省湖州市德清縣乾龍經濟開發區（非杭州）
