Accountabilities:
·Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service to
account;
·Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard
service guideline;
·Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement,
Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process, etc;
·Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement,
Invoices, B/L, Export documents, etc;
·Well doing daily performance list for management review.
·Well communicating internally and externally.
Requirements:
·College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;
·At least 2 year relevant working experience;
·CET6: Good command of both oral and written English
·Responsible ,mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem
solving skills
